Refunds

Services and Cancellation
It is important to consider the following if you wish to cancel a service with us:
- We do not apply automatic, pre-authorized, or recurring charges. This means you must make the corresponding payment for each period in which you wish to use our services, giving you full control over your payments.
- At the end of the contracted period, we will keep your service active for an additional 5 (five) days. This extra time offers you the opportunity to renew the service for a new period without interruption. If you do not renew the service at the end of these 5 (five) days, the service will be suspended until the corresponding payment is made.
This provides flexibility and control over your subscription, ensuring that you only pay for the periods when you actually need the service.
